One Act
Charles, a novelist, invites eccentric medium, Madame Arcati, to perform a seance for his wife Ruth and their friends. He fully expects her to be a fraud, and just wants some material for his new book. What he gets instead is the ghost of his first dead wife, Elvira. The fact that he is the only one who can see her is the least of his problems. She keeps trying to kill him so that she can have him in the spirit world with her forever.
